The haircut I received yesterday from Gracie is a horrible butcher job. Completely lopsided and had to go elsewhere to fix it and basically have my head shaved. I’d give zero stars if I could. Very disappointed, I’ve previously only had good experiences here. Won’t be returning

I just had the worst haircut experience of my life (500+ haircuts). My hair is butchered, the back of my neck is scratched almost to point of bleeding, my shirt is soaked from the shampoo and I did not leave the establishment with any sort of apology. I have had other good experiences at Sport Clips, but this was not one of them. This type of establishment needs to strive toward consistency and Lisa, the stylist, did not live up to any standards.
