Every time my brothers go here they love it

This is the second time I have came to this location and the same lady was sitting outside. When she finally came inside and pulled my name, she said that she doesn?t have the right equipment to do my haircut. I went to wait for the next person, she pulls another name and tell him the same thing. Then she goes and sits outside again. This woman should not have this job if she doesn?t have the correct equipment!

Terrible haircut. Hairdresser was talking with colleagues the entire time, causing her to laugh, nick my ear, and produced an extremely uneven cut. Never coming back here again.
